The City of Gloucester City is holding a public sale of municipal land at the City Municipal Building Office, 512 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City on Tuesday 1st March 2022 at 10.00am.
The Local Lands and Buildings Act (NJS 40A: 12-1 et seq.) authorizes a municipality to sell any real property that is not required for public use.
On December 23, 2021, the Mayor and Council of the City of Gloucester City approved Resolution No. R-273-2021, authorizing advertising for the sale of land at a minimum bid price as follows:

The parcels will be sold at a public auction, which will be conducted by Howard C. Long, Jr., Esquire, City Attorney, for the City of Gloucester City, or his agent.
