Questions about the valuation of your 2021 property? | Community

Rice County landowners recently received a 2022 Assessment and Classification Notice, advising them of the market value and classification of your property for the 2021 assessment year. paid in 2022 will be based on this classification.

The dates and times of the Local Appeals and Equalization Commission are indicated. The alternate meeting dates for 2021 are also listed. Anyone who believes their assessment and classification is correct does not need to contact the assessor and / or attend any of the meetings listed.

If the property information is not correct, if you disagree with the value / classification, or if you have any questions regarding your review, please contact your appraiser first at 507-332-6102 to discuss any questions or concerns.
