MANCHESTER, CT – The property at 33 Adams St. in Manchester that houses local Smithland Supply outlet has been sold by Halprin of New England as part of a $10.5 million six-pack package. dollars.
Matt Halprin, president and chief operating officer of New England Retail Properties Inc., made the announcement on Friday. He exclusively represented vendors in the sale of six Smithland Supply Retail stores, all located in Connecticut.
The standalone net leased locations previously operated as Agway Stores and operate as Smithland Supply.
